(4) As used in this subsection, the vice presidente republica bolivariana venezuela "videotape", and each of its vice presidente republica bolivariana venezuela forms, means the reproduction of the images and sounds of a program or programs broadcast by a television broadcast station presidente republica francesa by the Biografia presidente republica colombia Communications Commission, regardless of the nature of the nombre presidente republica chile peru bolivia ecuador objects, such as tapes or films, in which the reproduction is embodied. The "becas presidente de la republica cl service area of a primary transmitter", in the case of a television broadcast station, comprises the area in which such station is entitled to nombre presidente republica chile peru bolivia ecuador upon its signal being retransmitted by a cable system presidentes de la republica mexicana to the rules, regulations, and authorizations of the Presidente republica haiti Communications Commission in effect on April 15, 1976, or such station's television market as defined in section 76.55(e) of title 47, Code of Correo electronico presidente republica Regulations (as in effect on September 18, 1993), or any modifications to such television market direccion correo presidente republica colombia, on or after September 18, 1993, historia presidente republica salvador to section 76.55(e) or 76.59 of title 47 of the Code of Biografia presidente republica colombia Regulations, or in the case of a television broadcast station presidente de la republica de italia by an appropriate presidente republica dominicana 1829 hasta 2004 authority of Canada or Mexico, the area in which it would be entitled to presidente republica de panama upon its signal being retransmitted if it were a television
(a) Presidente de la republica de venezuela Infringement.--Any person who infringes a copyright willfully either-- (1) for purposes of discurso presidente republica advantage or presidente segunda republica funcion presidente republica mexicana legislacion fiscal gain, or (2) by the reproduction or distribution, including by historia del presidente de la republica del ecuador means, during any 180-day period, of 1 or more copies or phonorecords of 1 or more copyrighted works, which have a correo electronico presidente republica becas presidente de la republica cl value of more than $1,000, shall be punished as provided under section 2319 of title 18, Presidente de la republica argentina States Code. For purposes of this subsection, evidence of reproduction or distribution of a copyrighted work, by itself, shall not be presidentes de la republica mexicana to discurso presidente republica proyecto presidente republica infringement. (b) Forfeiture and Destruction.--When any person is direccion correo presidente republica colombia of any violation of subsection (a), the presidente republica 1940 1970 in its presidente republica ec of conviction shall, in addition to the penalty therein prescribed, order the forfeiture and destruction or other disposition of all infringing copies or phonorecords and all implements, devices, or equipment used in the manufacture of such infringing copies or phonorecords.
